The focus is on the nervous system, re-setting it in order to clear the stress, release holding patterns, access the
deeper resources of the mind/brain, restore the flow of communication between different systems, bringing awareness
into the “here & now”, accepting self as is. This moment of self-alignment initiates healing on many levels.

My approach is to never force a human body and the mind behind it, but to offer an awareness of the current holding
and support in finding a possible healthier choice.

This approach unlocks the natural intelligence behind the complicated systems of human mind, body and emotions.***

After sessions my clients report the feeling of clarity, joy, calmness, peace, being grounded and focused, relaxed, light
and quiet. They are able to get in touch with themselves, process their experiences, and catch up with the present
moment. Sometimes it's just the opposite, though - one feels like getting sick, wanting to stay cozy in bed under the
cover. That is when the toxins are carried out of the holdings in tissues and into the blood flow. Then all one needs to
do is to rest and drink water. Sometimes clients feel very emotional after a session, experiencing an opening of the
heart, extra volatility; some clients reported making amends or resolutions of long standing emotional accounts within a
few days following our session.

***Think about that little smear that starts out as the human body, and then there's a nose and a liver and a gizzard...  All that stuff that is present and knows how to
become this. There's so much knowledge within the human body. You're wanting to free the human body's knowledge to be well from the resistance that has been
picked up along this physical trail. The very best approach to medicine is,"Well, I see your physical body is sick, what's been bothering you? What are you worried
about? What are you angry about? What are you frustrated about?" Because that is what is at the root of all of this. And then say, "Let it go, let it go, let it go." That's
the message, and if they could hear you and do that, then they would all be well right away.***

HOLDING (habitual tension, armor, muscle tightness) builds over time in every human body in stressful conditions and with suppression of
natural feelings and responses. With time this tension becomes an identity, a safety wall that blocks out and withholds the pressure of
external stress; it also becomes an internalized stress factor as it stops the flow of breath, blood and lymph in the body. The result is not
only pain and failure of internal systems, but also numbness, anxiety and depression. Tense body works in segments, as opposed to more
fluid structure where almost any movement involves the whole muscular system, drawing on the strength of the whole body. Human body
tensions are metaphors of psychological attitudes, emotional conflicts and unresolved issues.

NUMBNESS is a defense mechanism of unconscious mind (automatic nervous system - ANS), used to protect itself against over stimulation.

ANXIETY could be a feeling created by overworked ANS, that is constantly firing “alert” signals to keep body tension in place.

BREATH is a magnificent natural mechanism of re-setting and balancing the nervous system. The constant movement of diaphragm
provides massage to vital abdominal organs, supports lymph movement and relaxation.

SUPPRESSION of feelings results in muscle tension and lack of breath. Letting go of tension may result in re-experiencing of the
suppressed emotion as muscles release certain biochemicals back into the blood stream.

HEALING comes from within. It is a natural ability of a living organism. It can be accessed in a state of deep relaxation or sleep. Positive
feelings create beneficial energetic and biochemical environment for healing.

AWARENESS, mindfulness, presence – these states of mind allow the ANS to process suppressed feelings and “remember” naturally better
choices for response to external influences.

“HOLDING SPACE” means non-judgmental awareness that creates a type of feedback for the brain that allows it to come up with healthier

1. Full bodywork with or without lotion or oil:: long strokes, pressure-points, vibration, stretching, alignment, assisted
movement, structural alignment energy balancing. The main focus is on diaphragm, chest, pelvis and nervous system.

2. Neuromascular release - deeper-than-tissue light touch slow work with intense focus on underlying tension patterns;
allows the body to process deep holdings and re-adjust itself from inside out. Recommended for sensitive people and
those with lots of pain.

3. Rosen bodywork - focused on developing an awareness of feelings accessed through the touch and light manipulation
of skin and underlying tissues (connective and muscle). Feelings range from physical to emotional; body being a
gateway to emotions stored in the habitual tensions (armoury). Verbal communication during the session allows to
develop skills of talking from the feeling place, not the head; explored the issue of boundaries, judgements, etc.

4. Sometimes emotional release occurs as a result of muscles letting go of habitual tension: a specific issue or conflict
that rises to the conscious level spontaneously. Guided visualization and energy work is used to support the process of
transformation on the subconscious level of the mind.
Reconnective Healing Energy work – mostly hands off the body,
balancing energy field and releasing deep tension, stimulates spontaneous healing.  
Hypnotherapy could be used as
client is focused deeply inside themselves, providing feedback for the therapist.

5. Integrative sessions available, when the choice of techniques is based on the observed needs of a particular client, or
on the request of the client, or on issues that rise in the session.

You can specify your preference at the beginning of a session. Most of the time I'm guided to what modality to use for
the better results.

"I cannot even begin to describe to you how much better I felt after our session. I took your advice and drank a glass of warm water
and spent a few hours over at the tubs (
after the session). I've had a lot of problems over the years with digestion and constipation. Our
session literally cleansed my digestive track and my colon because after I got back from the tubs everything that was in there came
out. Sorry to be so graphic but it was truly a sign of a major releasing as far as I am concerned.

Also, I am amazed at how much better my neck, shoulder, and jaw have felt since I saw you. Tremendous improvement there!
